- 400 grams of Spaghetti or noodles
- 1 Onion
- 3 cloves of Garlic
- 1 Red bell pepper
- 1 Bok choy
- 1 stalk of Spring onion
- 1 tablespoon of Sambal/chili paste
- 2 tablespoons of Soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons of Sweet soy sauce/Kecap manis
Mise en place
Boil a large pot of water.
You want to start cooking the spaghetti/noodles first so that you can do the rest while the spaghetti/noodles is boiling!
While the spaghetti/noodles is cooking, heat up a little oil to a wok or a pan.
Add in the sambal or chili paste and sauté for about 1 minute.
At the last few minutes, add in the green part of the bok choy and the spring onion. Stir a final time until the green part of the bok choy is wilted.

Delicious, I made it exactly as described minus spring onion because I didn’t have any on hand. A little hot sauce on top (yellowbird) and it was great. 3 kids agreed, gotta have it again. Thanks!
I’m glad everyone enjoyed it!
