- 230 grams of Pie crust (vegan)
- 2 Green apples
- 2 Pears
- 3 heaping tablespoons of Cherry jam
Preheat your oven to 200°C/390°F
Peel and cut your apples and pears. Place them in a bowl together with the jam and mix.
Blind bake your pie crust :
Add the filling to the crust and bake in the oven for 20 to 30 minutes.

The jam introduced a lot of extra liquid. Would you suggest adding corn starch to combat?
Yes! Simply heat up the jam and add a cornstarch slurry (equal parts corntarch and water) to the jam. Mix this until the jam has thickened.
