- 1 can of Chickpeas
- 1 Onions
- 3 cloves of Garlic
- 1 tablespoon of Taco seasoning
- 1 tablespoon of Sunflower oil
- 2 Tortillas
- 1 Tomatoes
- 1 handful of Cilantro
- 1 tablespoons of Lime juice
- 2 tablespoons of Water
Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat and add the onion, garlic and the drained chickpeas. Stir fry until the chickpeas start to brown.
Add the taco seasoning. Keep stirring for about 2 to 3 minutes.
Add the lime juice and the water. Keep stirring.
Fill your tortilla with the chickpea mixture, the tomatoes and cilantro.
