- 400 grams of Mushrooms
- 1 Onions
- 3 cloves of Garlic
- 250ml of Alpro cuisine
- 1 tablespoon of Flour / All-Purpose Flour
- 1 or 2 Vegetable stock cubes
- 1 litre of Water
- 1 dollop of Vegan butter
- 1 decent pinch of Pepper
Chop your onion, garlic and mushrooms.
Heat up a dollop of vegan butter in a large pot. When it's all melted, add in the onion and garlic.
When the onion and garlic have softened, add in your sliced mushrooms and stir until they are soft.
Add in the flour and stir. The flour should not burn to the bottom. After this, add in the alpro cuisine (or any other vegan cream replacement), pepper and water.
Bring to a really low and soft boil. Stay with it, it can overcook and your kitchen will be a mess!
Once it has boiled, serve immediately.
