Ingredients
- 400 grams of Mushrooms
- 1 Onions
- 3 cloves of Garlic
- 250ml of Alpro cuisine
- 1 tablespoon of Flour / All-Purpose Flour
- 1 or 2 Vegetable stock cubes
- 1 litre of Water
- 1 dollop of Vegan butter
- 1 decent pinch of Pepper

Steps
1 Done | Chop your onion, garlic and mushrooms. |
2 Done | Heat up a dollop of vegan butter in a large pot. When it's all melted, add in the onion and garlic. |
3 Done | When the onion and garlic have softened, add in your sliced mushrooms and stir until they are soft. |
4 Done | Add in the flour and stir. The flour should not burn to the bottom. After this, add in the alpro cuisine (or any other vegan cream replacement), pepper and water. |
5 Done | Bring to a really low and soft boil. Stay with it, it can overcook and your kitchen will be a mess! |
6 Done | Once it has boiled, serve immediately. |
