Boil a small layer of water in a pot over a low heat. Break the chocolate into chunks and add those to a bowl over the pot of water.
The water should not touch the boil or else it'll burn the chocolate.
This method is called "au bain marie".

Dip the pretzels in the melted chocolate and sprinkle the sprinkles.
Leave to harden, you could place them in the freezer to speed up the proces.
