Ingredients
- 1 Onion
- 6 cloves of Garlic
- 400 grams of Mushrooms
- A pinch of Salt
- A pinch of Pepper
- 1 handful of Parsley

Steps
1 Done | Mise en placePeel the onion and garlic cloves. |
2 Done | Heat up a pan with a bit of oil. |
3 Done | When you've added the mushrooms, add a pinch of salt. This encourages moisture loss which will speed up the process as well as season the dish! |
4 Done | Sauté the mushrooms until they are soft and brown. Add the parsley and sauté for 1 more minute. |
