1 handful of Parsley

Mise en place

Peel the onion and garlic cloves.
Dice the onion and finely chop the garlic (or use a garlic press).
Cut the mushrooms in half or in quarters.
Finely chop the parsley.

Heat up a pan with a bit of oil.
Sauté the onion and garlic.
Once the onion is translucent, add in the mushrooms.

When you've added the mushrooms, add a pinch of salt. This encourages moisture loss which will speed up the process as well as season the dish!
Also add a pinch of freshly ground pepper.

Sauté the mushrooms until they are soft and brown. Add the parsley and sauté for 1 more minute.
