- 1 Onion
- 6 cloves of Garlic
- 400 grams of Mushrooms
- A pinch of Salt
- A pinch of Pepper
- 1 handful of Parsley
Mise en place
Peel the onion and garlic cloves.
Heat up a pan with a bit of oil.
When you've added the mushrooms, add a pinch of salt. This encourages moisture loss which will speed up the process as well as season the dish!
Sauté the mushrooms until they are soft and brown. Add the parsley and sauté for 1 more minute.
