Steps

1
Done

Start by heating up the plant milk of your choice. Heat through but don't boil!
Then, mix the flour and the salt together.
Add in the sugar, baking powder, yogurt, the warm milk and the yeast in a bowl.
Start mixing with a fork and then knead with your hands for around 5 minutes.
Cover with a towel and set aside in a warm place for at least an hour.

2
Done

While the dough is rising, heat some vegan butter in a small pan.
Once the vegan butter is melted add in the garlic.

3
Done

When the dough is doubled in size, knead into a sausage-like shape.
Divide into 8 pieces that are roughly the same size.
Roll out with a rolling pin and add as much or as little coriander as you like. Roll the coriander into the naan.

4
Done

Heat a pan on medium heat and put the rolled out dough in the pan.
Leave for 2 minutes or until bubbles start to show.
Leave for another 2 to 3 minutes but check the bottom and make sure it doesn't burn.
Repeat this with all of the dough.

5
Done

When you take the naan out of the pan, brush on the garlic butter.
If you leave them for a while the butter will sort of "dry" and it won't be as greasy.
