Preheat the oven to 200°C/390°F and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
Cut the four slices of bread into cubes, you can cut them as big or as small as you like.
Add the salt, pepper, garlic and parsley to the bread and mix together before adding the olive oil.
Mix until everything is combined. Put on the tray lined with parchment paper.

Bake for 15 minutes and let cool completely before serving. This will make sure the croutons are crispy.
