- 1 Broccoli
- 2 Potatoes
- 1 Onion
- 3 cloves of Garlic
- 1.5 liter of Vegetable stock
Cut the flowers of the broccoli and peel of the outer layer of the stalk. Cut the stalk as well. Make sure they are somewhat the same size.
Because I want this soup to be healthy, I´m not going to use any oil.
Then add in potatoes and the vegetable stock.
When the broccoli and the potatoes are cooked, blend everything together until smooth.
