Adjust Servings:
3.5 liters Vegetable stock
400 grams of Diced tomatoes
140 grams of Tomato paste
400 grams of A mix of soup vegetables
600 grams of Macaroni
3 Bay leaf
1 tablespoon of Dried oregano
1 tablespoon of Dried thyme
1 tablespoon of Dried sage
A pinch of Pepper

If you use fresh vegetables, grate and thinly slice those. You can use every vegetable you like!
I used a mixture of carrot, leek, cauliflower and celery leaves.

Heat up the vegetable stock in a large pot, add in the tomato paste and the diced tomatoes.
Then add the bay leafs, the dried herbs, a good pinch of pepper and the vegetables.
Bring it to a boil.

Once boiling, add in the macaroni and cook for as long as the package says.
I cooked it for around 10 minutes.

Before serving, remove the bay leafs!
