- 200 grams of Spaghetti
- 250 grams of Mushrooms
- 1 tablespoon of Chili flakes
- 1 tablespoon of Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon of fresh Parsley
- 100 ml of White wine
- 1 Onions
- 3 cloves of Garlic
Cook the spaghetti the way you normally would. Once it's done, reserve some of the pasta water.
Heat the oil in a pan and add the onion, chili flakes and garlic. Saute until soft.
Add in the sliced mushrooms and saute for around 3 minutes or until the mushrooms are soft.
Add in the pasta and chopped parsley and stir well. If it's a little dry, add in some of that pasta water you reseved earlier. The starches will help thicken up the sauce a little.
