200 grams of Spaghetti
250 grams of Mushrooms
1 tablespoon of Chili flakes
1 tablespoon of Extra virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon of fresh Parsley
100 ml of White wine
1 Onions
3 cloves of Garlic

Cook the spaghetti the way you normally would. Once it's done, reserve some of the pasta water.
Meanwhile, cut the mushrooms into slices.

Heat the oil in a pan and add the onion, chili flakes and garlic. Saute until soft.

Add in the sliced mushrooms and saute for around 3 minutes or until the mushrooms are soft.
Add the white wine, stir and cover until the liquid is almost evaporated.

Add in the pasta and chopped parsley and stir well. If it's a little dry, add in some of that pasta water you reseved earlier. The starches will help thicken up the sauce a little.
