Ingredients
- 2 liters of Vegetable stock
- 1 Onion
- 4 cloves of Garlic
- 1 stalk of Lemongrass
- A thumbsized piece of Ginger
- A splash of Soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon of Sesame oil
- 2 stalks of Bok choy
- 250 grams of Ramen noodles
- 200 grams of Shiitake mushrooms
- 150 grams of Corn
- 2 stalks of Spring onions

Steps
1 Done | Mise en place: |
2 Done | To a large pot, add the vegetable stock, lemongrass, ginger, onion, garlic, shiitakes, soy sauce and the sesame oil. |
3 Done | Once boiling, simmer the broth for at least 30 minutes. |
4 Done | After simmering, remove everything but keep the shiitake mushrooms because this will be garnish as well. |
5 Done | Serve in a bowl with some corn. You can add a little spice by adding as much sambal or another chili sauce. |
