- 2 heaping teaspoons Taco seasoning
- 8 Hard taco shells
- 2 Avocado
- 3 to 4 tablespoons Homemade pico de gallo
- Optional: vegan cheese

1 Done | PreparationsPrepare the homemade pico de gallo. |
2 Done | GuacamoleMash the avocados using a fork or a potato masher. Add a few tablespoons of the pico de gallo, then set aside for later. |
3 Done | Vegan minceHeat up some oil in a pan and cook the vegan mince. Add 2 heaping teaspoons of the taco seasoning (or as much as you want) and cook this until the mince is starting to get crispy, Optional: Add a tin of diced tomatoes! |
4 Done | Assembling the tacosTake your taco shell and first scoop in the vegan mince. Then add the guacamole. |
