Ingredients

1 can of Chickpeas
1 Onions
3 cloves of Garlic
1 handful of Parsley
1 tablespoon of Flour / All-Purpose Flour
a pinch of Salt
a pinch of Pepper
1 tablespoon of Cumin
2 tablespoons of Sunflower oil

Dice the onion and garlic. Heat up a tablespoon of oil in a pan and saute the onion and garlic for around 3 minutes (or until soft).
Add in the cumin, salt and pepper.
Saute one more minute.
Turn off the heat.

Drain the chickpeas and dry them with a towel.
Add them in a food processor along with flour, parsley and the onion and garlic mixture.
Blits until smooth.

You can bake your falafel in the oven or in a pan. I choose to do it in a pan.
Simply heat up another tablespoon of oil in a pan and start forming balls out of the mixture.
Place them in a pan and turn them around until every side is crispy and brown,
Serve with tzatziki.
