- 500 grams of Gnocchi
- 2 handfuls of Fresh basil
- 30 grams of Pine nuts
- 1 tablespoon of Lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon of Extra virgin olive oil
- 3 cloves of Garlic
- 1 dollop of Vegan butter
- 1 teaspoon of Pepper
- 1 teaspoon of Salt
To make the pesto, add the basil, garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, pine nuts, salt and pepper for a food processor and blend until smooth.
In a pan, heat up a dollop of vegan butter and wait until it's completely melted.
Turn down the heat and stir in the pesto, 1 spoonful at a time.
