50ml of Red wine vinegar
of 1 lemon Lemon juice
4 cloves of Garlic
A generous pinch of White pepper
A generous pinch of Salt
A pinch of Chili powder
Salad ingredients
1 Carrot
1 Red bell pepper
1 Spring onion
1 small Red onion
1 bunch of Parsley
250 grams of White beans
250 grams of Kidney beans
250 grams of Chickpeas

The salad

Peel and thinly slice the carrot. You can choose how big or small you want the carrot slices to be!
Chop the red bell pepper into cubes.
Thinly slice the spring onion and the red onion.
Rougly chop the parsley.
Put everything in a large bowl along with the beans and the chickpeas.
Mix together.

The dressing

Mix all of the dressing ingredients together and whisk. Put the dressing over the salad and stir.
