1 Jalapeño
1 bunch Cilantro
1 Lime
A pinch of Salt
A pinch of Pepper

Tomatoes

Remove the stem of the tomatoes. Then cut the tomatoes into quarters and remove the seeds.
Then dice the tomatoes. Put into a bowl.

Onion

Peel and dice the red onion. Don't cut the onion too big, unless you like this of course.
Put in the bowl with the tomatoes.

Jalapeño

Cut the jalapeño in half and remove the seeds and membrane. Finely chop the jalapeño and then put into the bowl as well.

Cilantro and lime and seasoning

Finely chop the cilantro and put into the bowl.
Roll the lime, doing this helps release more lime juice.
Squeeze the lime juice into the bowl. Add a pinch of salt and pepper and mix together.
