Ingredients
- 5 Potatoes
- A pinch of Salt
- 1 teaspoon of Smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon of Garlic powder

Steps
1 Done | Boil a pot of water and pre-heat the oven to 200°C/390°F. Also line a baking tray with baking paper or a silicone mat. |
2 Done | Parboil your potatoes for around 3 minutes. Check with a fork, they should not be hard anymore but not fall apart at the same time (I don't know if this makes sense to you). |
3 Done | In a big bowl, add the potato wedges, salt, garlic powder, and smoked paprika. |
4 Done | Bake the potatoes for around 40 minutes and flip halfway through. |
