Ingredients

Adjust Servings:
1 block of Tofu
1 cup of Flour / All-Purpose Flour
1/2 a cup of Flour / All-Purpose Flour
1/2 a cup of Water
1 cup of Panko breadcrumbs
1 teaspoon of Salt
1 teaspoon of Smoked paprika
1 teaspoon of Cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon of Chili powder
1 teaspoon of Onion powder
1 teaspoon of Garlic powder
2 teaspoons of Dried parsley
Enough to fry in Sunflower oil

Press your tofu for at least 30 minutes.
Once pressed, cut into equal sized pieces.
Press the individual ofu pieces as well.

Take 3 bowls.
Add the cup of flour along with all the spices in one bowl.
Add the panko breadcrumbs in another bowl.
Mix the half cup of flour and the half cup of water in another bowl. Mix until all of the lumps are gone.

To bread the tofu, coat them in flour first. Tap off the excess flour.
Then put it in the flour and water mixture, and then in the panko breadcrumbs.
Repeat with all of the tofu,

You have two options to prepare the tofu.
You can bake them in the 220°C oven with a bit of oil drizzled on the pieces for 40 minutes, turning them halfway.
OR
You can fry them in 170°C oil for 3 minutes.
It really depends on how hungry you are and how long you´re willing to wait for a few tofu pieces.

Serve them with any sauce you want!
You can freeze them, I wouldn´t know for how long because they usually don´t last that long.
