Use a bread you would usually use and slice it into thick slices. Then toast them.

Cut your tomatoes into quarters and take out the seeds. Slice in julienne-like strips and then into dices. Put in a mixing bowl.
Chop the parsley and put into the bowl as well. Add the salt and pepper and mix until everything is combined.

Peel your garlic and slice in half. Lightly rub the garlic on the slices of toast and then scoop the tomatoes on top.
