- 5 large slices of Bread
- 2 cloves of Garlic
- 6 Tomatoes
- 1 handful of Parsley
- A pinch of Salt
- A pinch of Pepper
Use a bread you would usually use and slice it into thick slices. Then toast them.
Cut your tomatoes into quarters and take out the seeds. Slice in julienne-like strips and then into dices. Put in a mixing bowl.
Peel your garlic and slice in half. Lightly rub the garlic on the slices of toast and then scoop the tomatoes on top.
