Preheat the oven to the temperature that's written on the package of your baguette if you use a pre baked bread. If you have a fresh baguette you can of course skip this step.

Dice your tomatoes as fine as possible and set them aside.

Peel the garlic and slice in half.

Chop the parsley and set aside.

Slice your baguette and rub the garlic on one half. Put the tomatoes on top and add a pinch of salt and pepper. Finally add the parsley.
