Preparations

Boil some water.
Fill your glass with ice, and top it with the vegan milk of your choice. Fill the glass about 3/4 with the milk.

Whipped coffee

Mix the instant coffee granules and the sugar together.
Add the boiled water and whisk.
I used an electric whisk, and that took me about 3 minutes.
If you don't have one you can use a hand whisk but this will take you longer.

Put the whipped coffee on top of the milk in the glass. Mix it with your straw and enjoy!
