- 3 Onions
- 5 cloves of Garlic
- A dollop of Vegan butter
- 2 tablespoons of Flour / All-Purpose Flour
- 1 tablespoon of Soy sauce
- 1 liter of Vegetable stock
- 2 teaspooons of Vegan chicken bouillon powder
- A pinch of Pepper
Peel and chop the onions and garlic.
Heat up the vegan butter in a pan on high heat.
Add the flour and mix.
Let it come to a boil and simmer until the gravy is thick and bubbling.
