3 Onions
5 cloves of Garlic
A dollop of Vegan butter
2 tablespoons of Flour / All-Purpose Flour
1 tablespoon of Soy sauce
1 liter of Vegetable stock
2 teaspooons of Vegan chicken bouillon powder
A pinch of Pepper

Peel and chop the onions and garlic.

Heat up the vegan butter in a pan on high heat.
Once the butter has melted, add in the onions and garlic and sauté until the onion is translucent.
Add a pinch of pepper and stir.

Add the flour and mix.
Then after half a minute of mixing, add in the soy sauce and the vegetable stock.

Let it come to a boil and simmer until the gravy is thick and bubbling.
How long this takes depends on how runny you like your gravy.
