- 1 Spring onions
- 1 1/2 tablespoon Taco seasoning
- 200 grams of Veggie mince or TVP

- Lettuce

- Sunflower oil

1 Done | The vegetablesRed onion: Peel and finely slice. |
2 Done | Heat up a little oil in a pan and sauté the onion and garlic until the onion is soft. |
3 Done | Meanwhile cut your lettuce of choice and make cups out of them. |
