- 1 Red onion
- 3 cloves of Garlic
- 1 Red bell pepper
- 1 Spring onions
- 1 1/2 tablespoon Taco seasoning
- 200 grams of Veggie mince or TVP
- Sunflower oil
Red onion: Peel and finely slice.
Heat up a little oil in a pan and sauté the onion and garlic until the onion is soft.
Meanwhile cut your lettuce of choice and make cups out of them.
