- 1 kg of Potatoes
- 350 ml of Plant milk
- 120 grams of Vegan butter
- A pinch of Salt
- A pinch of Pepper
Peel the potatoes and cut into chunks.
Place them in a large pot with a pinch of salt and enough cold water to cover them all. I used 1.5 liters.
Bring to a boil. Cook for around 15 minutes or until the potatoes are fork tender.
Drain the potatoes. Meanwhi;e, heat up the plant milk but do not boil it!
Start mashing the potatoes, add in the vegan butter.
