350 ml of Plant milk
120 grams of Vegan butter
A pinch of Salt
A pinch of Pepper

Peel the potatoes and cut into chunks.

Place them in a large pot with a pinch of salt and enough cold water to cover them all. I used 1.5 liters.

Bring to a boil. Cook for around 15 minutes or until the potatoes are fork tender.
Fork tender is when you stick a fork in the potato, it should easily slide off.

Drain the potatoes. Meanwhi;e, heat up the plant milk but do not boil it!

Start mashing the potatoes, add in the vegan butter.
Add the plant milk bit by bit until you have the consistency that you like.
Add a pinch of salt and pepper.
