- 230 grams of Pre-made vegan pizza dough
- 12 Cherry tomatoes
- 100 grams of Pine nuts
- 3 cloves of Garlic
- 25 ml of Lemon juice
- A pinch of Salt
- A pinch of Pepper
Mise en place
Preheat your oven to 200°C/390°F.
Blitz all of the pesto ingredients in a blender.
Roll out the pizza dough and cut out with a cookie cutter. I used a heart-shaped cookie cutter.
Bake in the oven fotr 15 minutes.
