- 6 Portobello mushrooms
- 1 Onion
- 4 Vegan flatbread
- 1 Tomato
- a few leaves per bread Lettuce
- 1 1/2 tablespoon Homemade gyros spice mix
- Homemade vegan tzatziki sauce
Oven: Preheat the oven to the temperature on the package of the flatbread you use. (you could also make your own flatbread of course!)
Heat some oil in a pan and add the onions. Sauté for a couple of minutes or until the onion is soft and translucent.
The bread and toppings
I used a storebought vegan flatbread which needed to be heated up in the oven for 1-2 minutes.
