Ingredients
- 120 grams of Black olives
- 120 grams of Green olives
- 2 cloves of Garlic
- 4 Sun-dried tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon of Capers
- 40 grams of Pine nuts
- A pinch of Salt
- A pinch of Pepper
- 100 ml of Extra virgin olive oil

1 Done | Mise en placeRoast the pine nuts in a dry pan. Stir occasionally, make sure they don't burn! |
2 Done | Add everything to a blender and blend until smooth. Add the olive oil gradually until the tapenade is smooth. You may need to use more or less oil depending on how smooth you like your tapenade. |
