Ingredients

Adjust Servings:
2 handfuls of Spinach
80 ml of Water
4 cloves of Garlic
A thumbsized piece of Fresh ginger
1 Green chilies
1 Tomatoes
Half a teaspoon of Salt
1 teaspoon of Sugar
1 block of Tofu
A teaspoon of Cumin
A teaspoon of Cayenne pepper
1 tablespoon of Sunflower oil

Press your tofu.
Peel the ginger and the garlic cloves and dice the tomato.
If you like spicy food, leave the seeds of the chili in. If you're not so keen of spicy food, take out the seeds.

In a food processor, add in the ginger, chili, garlic, tomato, salt, sugar, water and spinach. Blitz until it's a smooth paste.
Set this aside.

When your tofu is pressed, cut into equal sized blocks.
Heat up the oil in a pan or wok and add in the tofu, cumin and cayenne.
Fry until the tofu is starting to brown.

Add in the spinach mixture and simmer on a low heat for around 10 minutes.
Serve with rice and naan.
