Ingredients
- 2 handfuls of Spinach
- 80 ml of Water
- 4 cloves of Garlic
- A thumbsized piece of Fresh ginger
- 1 Green chilies
- 1 Tomatoes
- Half a teaspoon of Salt
- 1 teaspoon of Sugar
- 1 block of Tofu
- A teaspoon of Cumin
- A teaspoon of Cayenne pepper
- 1 tablespoon of Sunflower oil
Directions
Steps
1 Done | Press your tofu. |
2 Done | In a food processor, add in the ginger, chili, garlic, tomato, salt, sugar, water and spinach. Blitz until it's a smooth paste. |
3 Done | When your tofu is pressed, cut into equal sized blocks. |
4 Done | Add in the spinach mixture and simmer on a low heat for around 10 minutes. |
