6 medium Potatoes
1 Onions
1 tablespoon of Flour / All-Purpose Flour
half a tablespoon of Onion powder
half a tablespoon of Garlic powder
1 tablespoon of Parsley
a pinch of Salt
a pinch of Pepper
Sunflower oil

Peel and grate your potatoes. Then place in a tea towel over a bowl and squeeze out all of the liquid.

Finely chop an onion (or grate it) and add into the bowl as well as garlic powder, onion powder, parsley, salt and pepper and flour and mix well.

Heat up oil in a pan, you want a nice layer of oil.
Add in some of the mixture, depending on how big or small you want the pancakes to be.
Fry until you see the edges are brown, then turn around and fry the same amount of time but watch them because they can burn pretty easily.
Serve with apple sauce or my personal favourite: with Maggi würze (the liquid form). Or just have them plain!
