Steps

1
Done

Preparations

Preheat your oven to 220°C/430°F
Prepare the toppings you want to use.
I used onions, mushrooms, and olives.
If you use a vegan block cheese, grate that as well.

2
Done

The sauce

Mix all of the sauce ingredients together in a bowl, You need about 1 tablespoon of sauce per puff pastry square so this may be too much sauce but it keeps a few days in the fridge.

3
Done

Assembling the pizzas

Line a tray with baking paper and put your puff pastry squares on there. I could fit 4 squares on one tray.
Start by adding the garlic paste (or crushed garlic) to the pastry,
Then add about a tablespoon of sauce and spread it to the edges.
Next add the vegan cheese, you can also leave this if you don't like/can't find vegan cheese.
Then add the toppings you like.
Finish with a sprinkle of dried oregano, an optional pinch of salt&pepper, and a drizzle of olive oil.

4
Done

Baking the pizzas

Bake in the preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes, or until the toppings are cooked and the puff pastry is golden brown.
The nutritional values are for 1 puff pastry pizza.
