- 200 grams of Fusilli
- 1 ripe Avocado
- 2 cups of Spinach
- 3 cloves of Garlic
- A pinch of Salt
- A pinch of Pepper
Boil a large pot of water and cook the pasta according to the package instructions.
Drain your pasta and put it back into the pot, add in the pesto and stir well until combined.
You can add whatever vegetables you like, I just like it plain or with some sliced cherry tomatoes.
