Boil a large pot of water and cook the pasta according to the package instructions.
Meanwhile, add the garlic, avocado, ssalt, pepper and spinach to a small food processor and blitz everything together.

Drain your pasta and put it back into the pot, add in the pesto and stir well until combined.

You can add whatever vegetables you like, I just like it plain or with some sliced cherry tomatoes.
