- 10 tablespoons of Soy yoghurt
- 1 Cucumber
- A handful of Dill
- a pinch of Salt
- a pinch of Pepper
- 2 cloves of Garlic
- 1 teaspoon of Cinnamon
Grate the cucumber and remove all of the liquid by putting the grated cucumber in a dishcloth over a bowl and pressing out all of the liquid.
Chop the dill and really finely chop your garlic (or use a garlic press).
In a bowl, add in the grated cucumber, salt, pepper, cinnamon, dill and garlic and stir until combined.
